The solution: a clear interface
Our research suggests that users need a more clear and structured side bar to navigate the interface with ease. They also need a better approach to efficiently browse and manage multiple chats when their chat history becomes too large to handle.
The outcome: a seamless experience
To summarise we conducted usability testing with 5 participants who rated on average 4.25/5 for user satisfaction during user testing. They shared how the overall experience and user flow felt more easier and efficient when managing their chat history.
